This is our goodbye
So forget when my lips speak,
That my heart knows the crevices in you,
And how I know my life because it is you.

Love is nothing
It is impossible for people to say
“I love you and I live for you,
My roads are yours to walk through.”

I am alive without you
How foolish for my soul to believe
I can no longer breathe when you are gone,
With your footsteps no longer following me.

You are my empty promises
There is deceit wrapped in words, saying:
You are my entire being,
That the universe found a home between us.

There was a feeling of nonexistence.
And it is a lie when my conscience whispers:
I know I have loved,
Because my life was full of you.
