I was sitting in our college library venerating the beautiful book by Khaled Hosseini when he barged in with a gripping query and sat beside me.

I couldn’t respond for a minute. It was very hard for me to hold back the smile when I heard the word-“LOVE”

“That means you are..” He said in a muted tone.

“Hahaha..” I chuckled and replied with a wink “..Yes, I am.”

“So you have moved on…”

“Yes  ”
“Which means I have lost your LOVE..”

“Forever!” I smiled. “You didn’t give me a reason good enough to hold on for you.”

“I know it was my mistake..But how can you LOVE someone else expeditiously??” He said in a palpitating voice.
“It’s all about realization “

“I never meant to cheat you..”
I just smiled and left.

He was still sitting there,gazing at the table trying to hold back his frustration.

Yes..I am in LOVE..”again..” Even after being cheated..even after being hurt. Yes, I am in LOVE.

I am in LOVE with the person who deserves to be loved like no one else. I am in LOVE with someone I can wake up to every morning realizing that person will always be in my predicaments no matter how worst the situation gets. I am in LOVE with MYSELF. I am in love with the kind of person I have become after being back-stabbed innumerable times. I am in LOVE with the strong lady inside me. And that’s what completes me.

I moved out of the college,started my two-wheeler and drove towards my home in the little rain that God had bestowed upon me as my gift of self-realization.

The cool wind accompanying the rain kissed my face. There was a constant smile on my face because I realized what LOVE is.

It’s not only about loving people.Sometimes, (in fact ALWAYS) you got to love yourself first.

Girls always want their Prince Charming to be someone who would love them like no one else.But my DEAR LADIES,TO GET A PRINCE CHARMING,YOU HAVE TO BE A PRINCESS. And do you know who a Princess is? Not the one who wears high-priced attires but THE ONE WHO LOVES HERSELF FIRST. Be a queen of your own world.

Self-respect,self-love will take you to a world of self-awakening.

Engaging in relationships is pretty good at times,but then,they are of no use if you lose all your self-respect and self esteem.

If you really wish to be in LOVE.OR if you really wish someone to give you the utmost love..LOVE THE PERSON YOU SEE IN THE MIRROR DAILY.
Try to kiss that person in the mirror daily.

Come on, it’s LOVE .LOVE is all around. Feel it. Live with it. There is no harm in LOVING yourself.
