Before the Christmas spirit completely takes over next week and we find ourselves hibernating and drinking cocoa, let's get out one last time. Here are some great options:

Because abandoned places continue to carry a life of their own: cutouts and cut -paper silhouettes are part of this group show. These are interpretations of the once fashionable Austrian spa town of Bad Gastein, which has now mutated into a ghost town. Come rediscover the poetry that hides behind the dust.
Artists and researchers in residence open the door of their studios and present the projects they have developed during their time at ZK/U. With work in progress, screenings and installations, the public is invited to come and take a look into the artists' studios, get familiar with the different projects that are presented, as well as meet the residents and discuss their works with them.
Three weeks ago Draw A Line Gallery launched their online shop of limited edition art prints to an overwhelming response. They are now inviting you to discover their collection right in time for the holidays. There'll be plenty of drinks and even more art – perfect scenario to chill!

This is a fun concept: Every Friday at Center, two artists are paired together to "fight." All the info provided for this particular event is that there will be "two artists (Lars TCF Holdhus & Martin Kohout), one text, new videos." Come find out who'll prevail.
This bit from the press release: "During the longest night of the year, we will elevate sexual attitudes to a sacrament. The winter solstice is here: join in an all-nighter of hedonism and gratification, nature-based sensual practices and empowerment. Pagans have always been more open about sexual matters: honor this wonderful end to the years' circumvolution. This is the Pornceptual Great Rite." That's all you need to know 😉
This week's highlight: "Adorno's Grey" 2012, (15 mins) which Jerry Saltz has described as: "This work is awesome! Nothing but tits!" Also on view will be "Guards" 2012, (25 mins) and "HOW NOT TO BE SEEN. A Fucking Didactic Educational .Mov File," 2013 (15 min).

This was the first solo show for this aspiring street artist who has already made a name for himself as an MC in Switzerland. Check out the trailer for the exhibition. Fun fact: it's Oibel's Birthday, so you know he'll make sure this event is a blast!
The artist list is impressive here. With more than 50 artists (click the link to see the roster), you know this show will have something for everyone. There's little information on the event's listing, relying mostly on the weight of its participants (amongst which Peaches can be spotted). Expect surprises!
