Victor Fota is an visual artist from Bucharest, Romania, majored in conservation and the restoration of classic works of art at National University of Arts, Bucharest. He believes there’s an ever-present relationship between the technique of paintings and their meaning. The representations close to his heart belong to his imaginarium of surrealism.
