Margret doesn’t think of herself as an artist. She is a political activist and long-term peace and anti-neuclear campaigner so her exhibition at Center has a poiltical feel and motive! This really is art with meaning and a thought-provoking message.

There was a really nice familiar atmosphere at the opening as the owner of the gallery Jens Ullrich, is also Margret’s son and it just so happened to be his birthday! This meant it was not was not just a party for the opening of Margret Ullrich’s works, but also a birthday party….and everyone knows that at a birthday party there is cake!
