Root Gallery – "Lassen– Zulassen – Sich einlassen" Opening – 7pm

To let go, to allow, to engage with something. These words function as playful metaphors for the relationship we build with art. A broad and common theme for artists Ingeborg Rauss and Evelyn Werhahn​ who present their installations and paintings respectively. Let's go and allow ourselves to engage with their art!

Galerie Villa Köppe – "Hanke-Förster Prize Winners"  Exhibition – Running until September 7th!

This exhibition features artists Aliénor Dauchez, Julius Dörner, Frank Förster, Lisa Peters, Benjamin Rastetter and we have until this Saturday to go see it! Art awards are a wonderful opportunity to engage critically with institutions and how the art market works. We will definitely pay them a visit.

Friday September 6th, 2013 

Under The Mango Tree – "Finissage and Jazz Concert" – 8pm [12 Euros]

We love jazz, but we love jazz played in a gallery even more. You can enjoy the concert and then walk around the displayed exhibition, after enjoying the soothing and vibrant rhythms. 

Saturday, September 7th, 2013

KWADRAT – "Pieces" Opening – 5pm

Compelling artwork by twenty-one artists will be in display—quite the generous group exhibition. We can only hope each of them leave a piece of their heart there. Bit by bit, we are positive you will love it!
