Anne-Katrin Hermanns is born in Aachen (1987), close to the Dutch and Belgium border. Drawing started to be a passion of when she was able to hold a pen and continues to be to this day. No matter if it’s traditional scientific illustration or computer generated character design, Anne creates a story in every single drawing not in spoken words but in an international visual language. In 2014, she finished her MA in Scientific Illustration at the ABKM Maastricht after she got her BA in Illustration in summer 2011.
