Ann-Marie Manker was born in Long Beach, California and lives and works in Atlanta, GA, USA. She received her BFA at The University of Southern California, Los Angeles and her MFA in Drawing and Painting at Georgia State University. She teaches full-time at SCAD Atlanta in the Foundation Studies and Illustration Department. She founded and directed a gallery, an art collective and has exhibited in numerous cities and art centers. Working with watercolors and colored pencils, her works picture a modern vision, with contemporary culture references and dream-like scenarios.
