Amanda Rochelle Martin, aka ARM, is an unapologetic Feminist killjoy, illustrator, and poet. Raised in the Inland Empire, she has found Los Angeles and Long Beach to be her sanctuaries. Amanda is 16 units short of a BA in Creative Writing from California State University, Long Beach (she promises she’ll finish someday) and had her art and poetry published for the first time in 2015 with Lucid Moose Lit. Amanda worships the moon and believes she is a moth shedding infinite cocoons between moments of flight. She also believes that inanimate objects have souls (it’s an atoms/energy thing). Amanda is built from the earth and is driven by air. She is passionate about social activism and the preservation of all life and fights the patriarchy with her pit bull/Australian shepherd, Kudra.
