As I was continuously chasing the clouds,
I ended up wandering away from the crowd.
For I lack Wisdom; I wasn’t endowed.
The Gods who created me can’t be proud.
When I regained consciousness, I could see
Virgin landscapes and luscious green trees.
Picturesque scenery unbelievably for free!
An unearthly beauty none shall foresee.
In awe I said to myself with conviction:
To hell with these clouds full of pretensions!
Gone are the days of my pathetic addiction!
I’ll no longer be running after such fiction.
Their fluffy appearance seems lovable
Be not deceived; it only meant trouble
They’re unpredictable! Unfathomable!
Trusting them would lead to your downfall.
One day, they complement a radiant sun.
All of a sudden heavy rains can’t be undone.
They come and go like most people do.
A never-ending complicated tale of woe.
Yet, thanks to these clouds I have discovered
An eternal paradise for creatures who suffered
Farewell my beloved cloud! I leave her be
Find a place where you’ll permanently stay.
